This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website or Club spark. We, Cary Park tennis club are the ‘Data controller,’ Clubspark acts as the ‘Data processor’, on our behalf.

  • The data we collect from you is your name, email address and contact phone number. 
  • You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect your data from your membership form when you initially join the club and when you use our website or Clubspark via your browser’s cookies. 
  • We will only use your data to contact you about tennis club business. We will also share your data with Clubspark our court booking provider. Clubspark receive data from Sportslabs Technology Ltd (t/a Clubspark) To see how they handle data view their privacy policy here:

  • We securely store your data electronically on an encrypted system. Your membership form is stored securely in a double locked filing system. Cary Park tennis club will keep your data until your membership lapses, if you do not re-join we will then delete your data. The Membership secretary will request your details are removed from Clubspark and any other electronic storage device, your membership form will be shredded and disposed of securely. 
  • Your data is not used for any marketing purposes.
